Application to the Pharmacy Residency Program
What information is necessary for a successful application
MCH/LECOM, School of Pharmacy's Pharmacy Practice Residency is looking for highly qualified candidates that have experience in hospital pharmacy.
To qualify for the Residency Program you must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an ACPE Accredited Program, have a strong desire to work as a collaborative team within the pharmacy, and be highly motivated to learn and expand ones own knowledge about pharmacy.
To apply for the MCH/LECOM, School of Pharmacy's Pharmacy Practice Residency, the following must be submitted to the Residency Program Coordinator no later then February 28th:
1. Letter of Intent
2. Two (2) ASHP Residency Applicant Recommendation Request Forms
3. Curriculum Vitae
4. Official School of Pharmacy Transcripts
After applying, qualified candidates will be invited for an onsite interview at MCH and LECOM, School of Pharmacy.
The Residency Program participates in the ASHP Resident Matching Program. The Programs Match Code number is 138413.
